Various Tests/Diagnostics at Sinhagad Pathology Laboratory
Pathology is a medical specialty that determines the cause and nature of diseases by examining and testing body tissues (from biopsies and pap smears, for example) and bodily fluids (from samples including blood and urine). The results from these tests help doctors diagnose and treat patients correctly.
We have experiened and trained staff in our Laboratory. The Laboratory is Automated and well-equiped with latest Laboratory Machines for conducting tests on samples.
To keep a check on the reliability of the results internal and external Quality Control Programmes are also run on regular basis.
For patients we have Visit-to-Home facility avilable at nominal charges.
Pathology tests involve the laboratory testing of blood, body fluids and tissues. Blood tests, urine tests and stool (or faeces) tests are more common types of pathology tests. The best choice of pathology tests and when to use a test depends on your individual circumstances.
